Marvel Legends 3.75″ Retro Kenner line was launched in 2020 and the inaugural wave was initially sold on Hasbro Pulse.
The initial wave known as Wave 0 came in 2 packs that included an exclusive deco Iron Man & Black Panther, Captain America & Black Panther, Spiderman & Electro, and Iron Man & Cyclops.

HERBIE aka Humanoid Experimental Robot, B-type, Integrated Electronics is generally used as a comic relief character with the Fantastic Four.
This HERBIE figure is an accessory of the Marvel Legends 1:12 scale Invisible Woman but since the figure is a smallish I wanted to use it as a larger 1:18 robot.

The name sums it up. Leader from the Incredible Hulk used these to wreck lots of havoc.
This figure was part of the Incredible Hulk Smash and Crash as part of a two pack that includes a Leader figure. This line is from Toy Biz made in 1997.
Being 20+ years old Ebay is where I found this figure. Amazon Marketplace does have one available at the moment as well.
