Marvel Legends 3.75″ Retro Kenner line was launched in 2020 and the inaugural wave was initially sold on Hasbro Pulse.
The initial wave known as Wave 0 came in 2 packs that included an exclusive deco Iron Man & Black Panther, Captain America & Black Panther, Spiderman & Electro, and Iron Man & Cyclops.

So I guess this is actually supposed to be a MECH of some sort. Being 3.75″ it fits in well as just a regular droid though.
This figure is part of the Super 7 Robotech ReAction line made in 2017.
Amazon still has a couple of these as well as Ebay but both are marked up. BBTS and Super7s website was sold out.
Originally the Tin Woodman was once a man but after being enchanted by the Wicked Witch of the East his humanity was eventually replaced with prosthetic tin limbs.
The Tin Woodman better known as the Tin man is from the 1988 Wizard of Oz 50th Anniversary line by MGM Turner. It came single carded as well as in a box set.
This figure is pretty easy to find on Ebay for a reasonable price.
