This line of figures is made by the Japanese company Toys Spirits, who make a large number of capsule type toys. Both Guhyapāda/Kongo and Nārāyaṇa/Rikishi come in Tan, White, and a dark Blue/Green version.

I found this particular figure at Dollar Tree around 2009 which was about the same time the movie was released.

This figure seems to be pretty rare. Ebay had a couple auctions up.
Robot 3081 is part of the Playmobil Space series. It was first released as a single item in 1999. The 3081 is just the designation of the Playmobil set.
I like to check the Playmobil Space series on Amazon occasionally to see if there are any new robots. I picked up my figure from Ebay.
