Niō are the wrathful guardians in Buddhism. Guhyapāda or Kongo is usually portrayed with an open mouth representing the birth of all things. Nārāyaṇa or Rikishi is usually portrayed with a closed mouth representing the death of all things

This line of figures is made by the Japanese company Toys Spirits, who make a large number of capsule type toys. Both Guhyapāda/Kongo and Nārāyaṇa/Rikishi come in Tan, White, and a dark Blue/Green version.

Mega Man 66 : Droid of the Day – 1/29/2020

Last Mega Man for a while I swear. This Mega Man is a bit on the smallish side for my tastes but I wanted the heads that came in the sets. Classic Mega Man is actually very small so this could work. These were made by the Bandai Candy division of Bandai Japan. Series 1 came out in 2017 and Series 2 in 2018.

I got both series 1 and series 2 from Amiami when they were released but these can be bought all over the place still. I’ve seen them in Japanese stores in my local mall and Barnes and Nobel even had a couple.

Amazon is still my go to place for most online shopping if possible but Ebay, BBTS, even I have a couple figures in my estore from time to time.

Dango Mushi – Black Pill Bug by Bandai Japan

These are Dango Mushi figures made by Bandai Japan and sold as capsule toys. They come in all types of bugs and in different colors. The only one I got was the black pill bug style.

I got mine from Rakuten but they show up regularly on eBay as well.

These do pop up on Rakuten from time to time in different colors but eBay will probably be the best place to find them. I may have some in my shop too because I usually try to buy them in bulk to ship from the US.
